Summary

StyleKart stores your name, phone, and delivery address on your device only (Hive storage). No servers, no analytics, no ads. Orders are shared via WhatsApp only when you tap the share button.

1. Our Commitment

1.1 ZENTABYTE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to handling user data transparently and minimally.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 StyleKart collects only the information you enter at checkout: full name, phone number, and delivery address (address lines, city, state, pincode).

2.2 No other personal data, device identifiers, or usage metrics are collected.

3. On-Device Storage

3.1 All entered data is stored locally inside the app using Hive (an on-device key–value store).

3.2 The data never leaves your device through any automated channel.

4. No Servers, No Backend

4.1 We do not operate any backend server, database, or cloud storage for StyleKart.

5. WhatsApp Order Sharing

5.1 When you place an order, the app opens WhatsApp with a prefilled order summary for the seller. This action is user-initiated only.

5.2 Once the message is sent, WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs that communication.

6. Product Images (CDN)

6.1 Product images are loaded from a public CDN over HTTPS. These requests do not include any personal information.

7. No Analytics, Tracking or Ads

7.1 StyleKart contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no attribution SDKs.

7.2 No advertising ID (GAID/IDFA) is accessed.

8. Permissions

8.1 The app requests only the INTERNET permission.

9. Data Retention

9.1 Data you enter persists on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

10. Your Control

10.1 You can view, edit, or delete your saved address and order history directly within the app at any time.

11. Indian DPDP Act 2023

11.1 StyleKart's on-device-only data model is fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

12. Children & Minors

12.1 StyleKart is intended for users aged 18 and above, or minors supervised by a parent or guardian.
