Summary

StyleKart stores your name, phone number, and delivery address locally on your device only. No accounts, no servers, no tracking, no ads. Orders are shared with the seller only when you tap the WhatsApp share button.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 StyleKart collects the following information, only when you choose to place an order:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address (address lines, city, state, pincode)

1.2 This information is entered by you at checkout and is used solely to fulfil your order.

2. How Information Is Stored

2.1 All information you enter is stored locally on your device only, inside a secure Hive database bundled with the app.

2.2 No personal data is transmitted to any server operated by us. We do not operate any backend, database, or cloud service for this app.

3. No User Accounts

3.1 StyleKart does not require registration, login, or authentication of any kind. The app is fully guest-based.

3.2 There are no passwords, no OTPs, and no social login integrations.

4. Product Images & Internet Use

4.1 The app requires an internet connection only to load product images from a public CDN.

4.2 No personal information is transmitted when images are fetched. Once cached, the app works offline.

5. Orders & WhatsApp Sharing

5.1 When you place an order, the app prepares an order summary (order ID, items, total, delivery address) and opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message to the seller.

5.2 This sharing is user-initiated only — nothing is sent automatically. You choose whether to send the WhatsApp message.

6. Third-Party Sharing

6.1 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

6.2 The only external service the app interacts with is WhatsApp, and only when you initiate the share action.

7. Analytics, Tracking & Ads

7.1 StyleKart contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking tools, and no advertisements.

7.2 No cookies, pixels, beacons, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting technologies are used.

8. Data Security

8.1 Since your data never leaves your device, there is no transmission-level risk. Your information is protected by the security of your own device.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

9.1 You can delete all stored information at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

9.2 We cannot delete data remotely because we never have access to it.

10. Permissions

10.1 The app requests only the INTERNET permission, required to load product images.

10.2 No access to camera, contacts, location, storage (beyond app sandbox), microphone, or SMS is requested.

11. Children's Privacy

11.1 StyleKart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Indian DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

12.1 Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), data fiduciaries must disclose data practices.

12.2 ZENTABYTE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED confirms that StyleKart collects personal data only on-device and does not transmit or process it on any server, ensuring full compliance with the DPDP Act.

13. Your Rights

13.1 As all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control — you may view, edit, or delete your information directly through the app or by clearing app data.
